Depending on your starting point, you can reach Highway 270 via the various forest roads. Once you reach Highway 270, head towards Mt. Ida. As you approach Mt. Ida, look for the sign for Logan Gap Road. Turn onto Logan Gap Road and continue for about 1 mile. The Avant Mining Fisher Mountain Rock Shop and Public Dig will be on your left. Parking is available on-site.
