From the Hot Springs National Park Visitor Center (369 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901), head south on Central Avenue. Follow the signs for Hot Springs National Park and continue until you reach North Mountain Drive. Turn right onto North Mountain Drive and follow it for approximately 2 miles to the Goat Rock Trailhead parking area. Parking is limited.

Take the Hot Springs Transit bus from downtown Hot Springs to the nearest stop to Hot Springs National Park. From there, walk approximately 1 mile to reach the Goat Rock Trailhead. There are no direct public transport routes to Goat Rock Trail. A single bus fare costs $1.25.

From Bathhouse Row, head south on Central Avenue, then turn left onto Fountain Street, following the signs into the national park. Continue on this path for about 2.5 miles, which will lead you directly to the Goat Rock Trailhead. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
