From the central bus station in Kapan, find the bus that goes to Khndzoresk. Buses usually depart every hour. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Khndzoresk. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Khndzoresk bus stop, you will see signs directing you to Пещерный город Хндзореск, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the main road, and you'll see the entrance to the cave city ahead.

If you are already in Kapan and prefer walking, start at the Kapan Town Park. Head northeast towards the main road (H1). Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road leading to Khndzoresk. At the junction, turn left and follow the road for approximately 5 kilometers. You will eventually see signs for Пещерный город Хндзореск. The walk takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, so wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Kapan. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Пещерный город Хндзореск. The drive will take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey, as taxis in the area may not use meters.
