If you're driving, start from the Katoomba area. Take the Great Western Highway (A32) and follow the signs for Echo Point. Park in the designated parking area at Echo Point. Once you arrive, you can access the Giant Stairway from the Echo Point lookout. The stairway entrance is located just to the right of the lookout area.

To reach Echo Point by public transport, take a train to Katoomba Station.
