    From the Great Western Highway, turn onto Govetts Leap Road at the Blackheath village traffic lights. Drive approximately 2.5km to the park entrance and continue to the Govetts Leap lookout car park. Parking is free, but can be limited on weekends. Large buses should drop off passengers near the Blue Mountains Heritage Centre and park there.

    Take the Blue Mountains train to Katoomba Station. From Katoomba Station, catch a bus (698, 698V, 8705, 8717) to the Blue Mountains Heritage Centre in Blackheath. From the visitor centre, it's a short, mostly flat walk to the lookout via the Fairfax Heritage Track. The train fare from Sydney to Katoomba is approximately $9.20 AUD.
