Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the South Bank Parklands, head towards the River Quay area. From there, walk along the river promenade towards the Stanley St Plaza. Continue walking until you see the sign for the South Bank Visitor Information Centre located at Stanley St Plaza, South Brisbane QLD 4101. It is a short stroll and should take about 5-10 minutes depending on your starting point.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  Locate the nearest bus stop to your location in South Bank. You can catch a bus that stops at the Cultural Centre station. Once you get off, head towards the South Bank Parklands and follow the walking path to Stanley St Plaza. The Visitor Information Centre will be ahead on your right. Check the TransLink website or app for the most updated bus schedule. Note that a standard fare applies for bus travel.

• Public Transport (CityCat Ferry)

  If you prefer a scenic route, walk to the nearest CityCat ferry terminal, either at South Bank or at the nearby Cultural Centre. Take a CityCat towards the Northshore Hamilton or the University of Queensland, and disembark at the South Bank terminal. From there, walk towards the Stanley St Plaza, which is just a short 5-minute walk on foot. The CityCat fare will apply, so ensure to have your ticket ready or use a go card.
