    If you are in Southbank, begin your journey by walking towards the Yarra River. Head north on Crown Riverwalk and enjoy the scenic views of the river. Continue walking until you reach the pedestrian bridge leading to Flinders Street Station. Cross the bridge and walk up to Flinders Street. Turn left onto Flinders Street, and then turn right onto Spring Street. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Old Treasury Building, located at 20 Spring St, East Melbourne.

    From Southbank, you can also take the tram to reach the Old Treasury Building. Find the nearest tram stop on St Kilda Road (Tram Stop 19). Board a Route 16 tram (to Kew) or Route 58 tram (to Toorak). Ride the tram for about 5-10 minutes and get off at the stop at the corner of Collins Street and Spring Street. From there, walk east on Spring Street for about 5 minutes to reach the Old Treasury Building.
