Car
If you are driving from Mount Gambier, take the Riddoch Highway (B100) north towards Naracoorte. Continue on B100 until you reach the intersection with the A66. Turn left onto the A66 and follow it until you reach the town of Penola. From Penola, take the Coonawarra Road (B52) heading north. After about 30 kilometers, turn right onto the Stokes Hill Lookout Road and continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the lookout. Be aware that some roads may require a 4WD depending on the weather conditions.

To reach Stokes Hill Lookout via public transport, you can take a bus from Mount Gambier. The bus service to Penola operates several times a day.
