From The Twelve Apostles, head southeast on Great Ocean Road/A1 for approximately 20 kilometers. Keep following the A1 until you reach the turnoff for Skenes Creek Road. Turn right onto Skenes Creek Road and follow it until you arrive at the Great Otway National Park entrance. The drive should take about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the park, follow the signs to Hopetoun Falls. Note that parking is available at the falls, but there is no entry fee for the park.
