Getting There

    If you are driving within Wilson's Promontory National Park, head towards Yanakie. From the Tidal River area, take the road that leads out of the park towards Yanakie. Continue driving for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the town of Yanakie. Look for Unnamed Road which leads to Duck Point. There is a parking area available near the start of the walking track.

    Once you park your car at the designated area, follow the walking trail that leads to Duck Point. The trail is well-marked and takes you through beautiful coastal scenery. The walk is about 1.5 kilometers one way and should take approximately 30-40 minutes. Ensure you wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water, as the trail can be exposed to the elements.

    If you are using public transportation, check local bus schedules for routes that service the Promontory region. However, note that public transport options may be limited.
