From the Darby River Campground, follow the marked walking trail towards Tongue Point. The trailhead is located near the campground entrance. The walk to Tongue Point is approximately 2.5 kilometers one way and usually takes around 1 hour. The path is well-maintained but can be steep in some sections, so wear appropriate footwear and carry water.

If you are driving, head towards the Wilsons Promontory National Park entrance. Once inside the park, follow the signs to the Darby River Campground. There is no direct vehicle access to Tongue Point, so you'll need to park at the campground and then walk the trail to Tongue Point.
