Car
From Fuschlsee, head east on B158 (Wolfgangsee Straße) for about 15 kilometers. Follow the signs for Salzburg and merge onto A1 towards Salzburg. Continue for about 10 kilometers, then take exit 3 towards Salzburg-Mitte. Follow A1 and then take the exit for B150. Continue on B150 to the center of Salzburg. As you approach the city, follow the signs for 'Mönchsberg' and 'Museum der Moderne'. The museum is located at Am Mönchsberg 32, 5020 Salzburg. Parking is available nearby, and expect to pay a fee ranging from €1-€2 per hour.

From Fuschlsee, make your way to the nearest bus stop and take bus line 150 towards Salzburg. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station). From there, take tram line 1 or 7 towards 'Mönchsberg'. Get off at the 'Mönchsberg' stop. The Museum der Moderne is a short walk from the tram stop, located at Am Mönchsberg 32. A single ticket for the bus costs about €3, and tram tickets are similarly priced.
