To reach Predil Pass by car from Gailtal, start your journey on the B111 road. Head southeast towards the town of Hermagor. Continue straight on the B111 until you reach the junction with the B83 road. Turn left onto B83, following signs for Tarvisio. Continue on B83 for about 20 kilometers. As you approach Tarvisio, follow signs for the A23 motorway and take the exit towards Slovenia. After crossing the border, continue on the road towards Log pod Mangartom. Predil Pass is accessible via the local roads leading to this area. Be aware that parking may be limited during peak tourist season, so plan accordingly. Also, the trip may incur toll fees for using the A23 motorway.
