Car
If you are driving to the House of Mountains from anywhere in Gastein Valley, start by getting onto the B167 road towards Bad Hofgastein. Continue on B167 for approximately 15 km until you reach the A10 motorway. Merge onto the A10 heading towards Salzburg. After about 35 km, take exit 4-Bad Reichenhall towards B20. Follow B20 for about 10 km until you reach Berchtesgaden. In Berchtesgaden, follow signs for Hanielstraße. The House of Mountains will be located at Hanielstraße 7, and parking is available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach the House of Mountains using public transport, take the bus line 550 from Bad Hofgastein to Berchtesgaden. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Berchtesgaden bus station, it is a short 15-minute walk to Hanielstraße. Exit the bus station and walk towards the town center, then follow the signs directing you to Hanielstraße 7. Please note that bus tickets can be purchased at the station or on the bus, and the cost is approximately €5.

If you prefer travelling by train, take a train from Bad Gastein to Berchtesgaden. This route typically requires a transfer at Bad Hofgastein. The total travel time is about 1 hour and 30 minutes, including transfer wait times. Upon arriving at Berchtesgaden train station, you can take a local bus or taxi to reach the House of Mountains at Hanielstraße 7. Train tickets can be purchased at the station, and prices vary depending on the time of booking.
