Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Lendplatz tram stop, head southeast on Lendplatz towards Lendkai. Turn left onto Lendkai and walk along the Mur river. After about 500 meters, you will reach the next intersection. Continue straight to the next road leading to the Old Town. Follow the signs that direct you towards the Altstadt (Old Town) and you will enter the historical area of Graz within 15-20 minutes.

  • Tram

    From the Lendplatz tram stop, take tram line 1 or 7 towards the city center. Get off at the Jakominiplatz stop, which is about a 5-minute ride. From Jakominiplatz, walk towards the Herrengasse, which leads directly into the heart of the Old Town. This route will take about 10 minutes of walking.

  • Bicycle

    If you are renting a bike in Lend, head towards the Mur river and follow the bike path along the river. This path will take you directly towards the city center. After approximately 15-20 minutes of biking, you will make a left turn at the bridge, which leads you into the Old Town area. Return your bike at a station near the Old Town.
