Public Bus
From Salzburg, head to the main bus station (Hauptbahnhof Salzburg). Take bus number 840 towards Berchtesgaden. This bus will take you directly to Berchtesgaden. The journey takes about 35-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Berchtesgaden bus station, exit the bus and walk towards Hanielstraße. The House of Mountains is located at Hanielstraße 7, just a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Follow the signs for the visitor center, and you will find it easily.

Train and Bus
From Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take a train to Berchtesgaden. Trains run regularly and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Berchtesgaden train station, exit the station and catch bus number 841 towards Ramsau. Get off at the 'Haus der Berge' bus stop, which is right in front of the House of Mountains at Hanielstraße 7.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, from the Berchtesgaden bus station, head east on Bahnhofstraße and turn left onto Hanielstraße. Continue walking straight until you reach the House of Mountains at Hanielstraße 7. The walk is approximately 750 meters and should take around 10 minutes.
