From Sölden, head south on B186 toward Obergurgl. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit for Längenfeld/Niederthai. Follow the signs towards Niederthai (B186) for about 8 kilometers. Once you reach Niederthai, park your vehicle in the designated parking area near the entrance to the Stuibenfall trail. Note that there may be a small parking fee, usually around €5 for the day.

From Sölden, take the local bus (Bus line 419) towards Längenfeld. The bus departs regularly from the main bus terminal in Sölden. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the Niederthai stop.
