    From Baku, take a bus to Quba or Qusar. From either of these cities, you can hire a taxi to reach the Shahdag Mountain Resort area, which is adjacent to the park. The taxi fare from Quba or Qusar to Shahdag is approximately 20-30 AZN. Be sure to negotiate the price before starting your journey.
