From the center of Knokke-Heist, head towards the nearest tram station, which is 'Knokke' station. Take the tram line towards 'Gent'. After approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, get off at 'Gent Dampoort' station. Exit the station and walk straight down 'Kouter' street until you reach 'Botermarkt'. The Ghent City Hall is located at Botermarkt 1, right in front of you.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Knokke-Heist. Start your ride towards the main road leading to 'N49'. Follow the cycle path towards Ghent, which is approximately 70 kilometers away. Once you reach the city, follow signs to the city center. Park your bicycle at a designated bike parking area near 'Botermarkt', where the Ghent City Hall is located.

Train and Walking
Walk to the nearest train station, 'Knokke' station, and take a train to 'Brugge'. From Brugge, transfer to a train heading to 'Gent'. The entire journey may take around 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Gent St. Pieters' station, take tram line 1 or 24 towards 'Gent Dampoort'. Get off at 'Gent Dampoort' and walk towards 'Botermarkt'. The Ghent City Hall will be at Botermarkt 1.
