Ferry
Start at Caye Caulker's main dock. Purchase a ticket for the San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi, which will take you to the mainland. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the San Pedro dock on the mainland, disembark and look for the bus station nearby.

At the bus station in San Pedro, board a bus heading to Belize City. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the Crooked Tree turn-off.

Once you reach the turn-off for Crooked Tree, you will need to either catch a local taxi or arrange for a shuttle to Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary. The taxi ride from the turn-off to the sanctuary will take about 20 minutes. If you're traveling with others, consider sharing a taxi to reduce costs.

If you're staying in Crooked Tree village, you can walk to the sanctuary from the village center. Follow the main road towards the sanctuary, which is about a 15 to 20-minute walk. Look for signs directing you to the wildlife sanctuary along the way.
