Car
From Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary, start by heading south on the Crooked Tree Road towards the Northern Highway. After approximately 5.5 miles (about 9 km), turn left onto the Northern Highway heading west. Continue on the Northern Highway for about 7 miles (11 km). Look for the sign for Barton Creek, and turn left onto the road leading into the Barton Creek area. Follow this road for about 3 miles (5 km), and you will arrive at the Barton Creek Cave Reserve.

To reach Barton Creek Cave Reserve from Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary using public transportation, you will first need to take a bus from the Crooked Tree bus stop to Belize City. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as they may not run frequently. Once in Belize City, transfer to a bus heading towards San Ignacio. After arriving in San Ignacio, you can take a taxi or a local shuttle service to Barton Creek Cave Reserve. The taxi ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and expect to pay around $20-25 BZD.
