If you are starting from the main post office in Thimphu (which is a central location), exit the post office and head east on Norzin Lam. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Chubachu. Turn left onto Chubachu, and after a few minutes walk, you will see the Folk Heritage Museum on your right, just past the bridge over the river.

From the Tashichho Dzong, which is a popular landmark, exit the dzong and head south towards the main road. Take a right onto Norzin Lam and walk straight for about 900 meters. You will reach a roundabout; take the second exit to stay on Norzin Lam. Continue walking for another 600 meters until you see the Folk Heritage Museum on your left.

If you're near the Centenary Farmers Market, exit the market and head north on the main road (Norzin Lam). Walk for about 300 meters until you reach a junction. Here, turn right onto Chubachu and continue walking for approximately 700 meters. The Folk Heritage Museum will be on your right side, just before the bridge.
