From Trebinje, head southwest on the M6 road towards the border with Croatia. Follow the M6 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the D8 road. Turn left onto the D8 towards Dubrovnik. Continue on the D8 for about 10 kilometers until you reach Dubrovnik. Once in Dubrovnik, follow the signs to the Old Town. As you approach the city, keep an eye out for signs indicating the Harbour Viewpoint. The viewpoint is located at Ul. Svetog Dominika bb, which is easily accessible by car.
