If you're traveling by car from Trebinje, start by heading southwest on Svetog Save street towards the M6 highway. Continue on M6 for about 33 km. As you approach Dubrovnik, follow the signs for the city center. When you reach the Old Town, find parking in one of the public parking facilities (note that parking may incur fees ranging from 10 to 20 HRK per hour). From the parking area, walk towards Ul. Svetog Dominika, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the parking. The View on the Old Port is located at Ul. Svetog Dominika bb, Dubrovnik.

To reach the View on the Old Port using public transportation, first, head to the Trebinje bus station. Look for a bus service heading to Dubrovnik; several services operate daily. The fare is typically around 30-50 HRK. The bus will take you directly to the main bus station in Dubrovnik. From there, you can either walk or take a local bus to the Old Town.
