Getting There

  • Road

    Meno-A-Kwena is located approximately 99 miles (160 km) southeast of Maun. The most common way to reach the camp is by a 1.5 to 2-hour road transfer from Maun International Airport (MUB). These transfers can be arranged with the camp or through private car rental. The drive is largely along good sealed roads. There are no tolls on the route.

  • Air

    Alternatively, you can take a short flight to Motopi airstrip, which is about 17km from the camp. From there, it's a 20-minute road transfer to Meno-A-Kwena. These transfers are usually arranged by the camp. Please note that it is only possible to fly out of camp during daylight hours as the bush airstrips do not have any lighting at night.
