Getting There

    If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Itatiaia National Park, located on the BR-354 highway. Take the main road inside the park towards the Maromba area, following the signs for 'Cachoeira da Maromba'. The road is well maintained, but be cautious of wildlife. After approximately 15 km, you will reach the parking area near the entrance to Cachoeira da Maromba. There may be a parking fee of around R$10, which is usually payable at the entrance.
