    From the town of Itatiaia, take the BR-485 (Estrada Parque Nacional) for approximately 5.5 km to the park entrance. Continue along the paved road within the park for another 4 km. The Visitor Center will be on your right. There is parking available for passenger vehicles. Note that visitors entering the park by car must pay an extra fee.

    Take a bus from major cities like Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo to Itatiaia. From Itatiaia, a local bus or taxi can take you to the park entrance.
