From the center of Petrópolis, take Estr. José Almeida Amado towards Caxambu. The waterfall is approximately 7.5 kilometers from the old bus station in the city center. The road is accessible to most vehicles, but parking is limited near the site. Be prepared for a short walk from where you park your car to the waterfall itself.

From the Petrópolis bus terminal, take the Santa Izabel bus (number 470). Ask the driver to stop near the health center close to the church in Caxambu. From there, walk behind the health center and up the street to reach the waterfall. The bus fare is approximately R$4.50.
