    If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Serra dos Órgãos National Park. Head southeast on Estrada do Parque Nacional towards Estrada Caxambú. Continue on Estrada Caxambú for approximately 5km until you reach the entrance to Trilha Uricanal, which will be marked by a small parking area. Ensure you have change for parking fees, which are generally around R$10.

    From the center of Petrópolis, take a bus heading towards Cascatinha. The bus will drop you off near Estrada Caxambú. From the bus stop, walk approximately 1.5km along Estrada Caxambú, following the signs toward Trilha Uricanal. Be prepared for a short uphill walk. The bus fare is usually around R$5, and buses run every 30 minutes.
