If you are driving from the center of Serra dos Órgãos National Park, head towards BR-040 and take the exit towards Teresópolis. Continue on BR-040 until you reach the junction with RJ-116. Merge onto RJ-116 and follow the signs for Nova Friburgo. After approximately 25 km, take the exit for RJ-106 towards the city of Rio de Janeiro. Follow RJ-106 for about 20 km until you reach the exit for Rua Haroldo Lôbo. Turn left onto Rua Haroldo Lôbo, and the Luso-Brasileiro Stadium will be on your right at number 400.

From Teresópolis, catch a bus heading to the city of Rio de Janeiro. Ensure that the bus makes a stop at Portuguesa. Once you arrive in Portuguesa, walk along Rua Haroldo Lôbo for about 10 minutes, and you will find the stadium at number 400. The total cost for the bus ride from Serra dos Órgãos to Teresópolis is approximately R$ 10, and from Teresópolis to Portuguesa, it is about R$ 15.
