Car
From Serra dos Órgãos National Park, head towards the BR-116 highway (Via Dutra) southbound. Continue on BR-116 for about 46 kilometers until you reach the exit for Niterói (BR-101). Merge onto BR-101 and follow the signs for Niterói. After crossing the bridge, take the exit towards the city center. Continue onto Rua da Conceição, then turn right onto Mirante da Boa Viagem. The Niterói Contemporary Art Museum will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee, generally around R$10-20 depending on the duration.

Public Transportation
From Serra dos Órgãos National Park, take a bus to the closest major city, Teresópolis. From there, board a bus heading to Niterói, which typically departs from the Teresópolis bus terminal. The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Niterói bus terminal, you can take a local bus (e.g., Bus 36 or 37) towards Boa Viagem. Get off at the stop for Mirante da Boa Viagem. The museum is a short walk from there. Be prepared to pay for the bus fare, which is around R$5-10.
