If you are driving from Serra dos Órgãos National Park, take the BR-116 highway southbound. Continue on this highway for approximately 40 km until you reach the junction with the BR-040. Take the exit for BR-040 towards Rio de Janeiro. After about 30 km, follow the signs for Avenida Infante Dom Henrique, which will lead you directly to Parque Brig. Eduardo Gomes (Aterro do Flamengo). Parking is available nearby, but be prepared to pay any associated parking fees.

To use public transportation, take a bus from the nearest bus station in Serra dos Órgãos National Park to the city of Petrópolis. From Petrópolis, catch a bus to Rio de Janeiro. Once you arrive in Rio de Janeiro, look for buses that head towards the Flamengo neighborhood. You can take the BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) system, getting off at the 'Flamengo' station, which is a short walk from the park entrance. Be sure to check the bus schedules, as they may vary, and prepare to pay for each leg of your journey, which typically costs around R$4-7.

Combination of Car and Public Transportation
Drive to the nearest train station in the city of Teresópolis and park your car there. Take the train (SuperVia) towards Central do Brasil. Once there, transfer to the Metro and take Line 1 (the yellow line) towards Ipanema. Get off at the 'Flamengo' station. From the station, it’s a short walk to Parque Brig. Eduardo Gomes. Make sure to check the train and Metro schedules in advance, as well as the costs for the train ticket (approximately R$8) and Metro fare (around R$5).
