If you are driving, head towards Niterói from Serra dos Órgãos National Park. Use BR-116 and then take the exit towards RJ-106. Follow RJ-106 until you reach the signs for Niterói. Continue on Estrada do Viração until you arrive at Parque da Cidade, where Pepê Parapente is located. Look for parking options near the entrance of the park.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from the nearest bus terminal in Teresópolis to Niterói. The Viação Teresópolis or Viação 1001 companies provide service to Niterói. Once you arrive at the Niterói bus terminal, take a local bus to Parque da Cidade. Ask the driver to drop you off at Parque da Cidade or look for a sign indicating the stop. From there, it's a short walk to Pepê Parapente.
