From the Cruz Bay ferry dock, the Visitor Center is a short, approximately 2-block walk north on Route 20. Follow the main road from the ferry dock, and the visitor center will be on your left. The walk is easily manageable within 5-10 minutes.

The Vitran bus system services St. John, with buses traveling from the Cruz Bay ferry dock along Centerline Road. Check with the driver for the exact route and stops.
