From the main cruise ship terminal in Charlotte Amalie, head east along the waterfront towards the downtown area. Continue walking along the waterfront promenade for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Norre Gade. Turn left onto Norre Gade and walk about 5 minutes; Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial Park will be on your left at 43-46 Norre Gade.

From the main cruise ship terminal, look for the local 'Safari' buses that operate around Charlotte Amalie. Board any bus that is heading towards the downtown area and inform the driver that you want to get off at Norre Gade. After about 5-10 minutes, the bus will stop near Norre Gade. Walk about 2 minutes along Norre Gade to find Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial Park at 43-46 Norre Gade on your left. The bus fare is $1 per person.

Taxis are readily available at the cruise ship docks or anywhere in Charlotte Amalie. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial Park on Norre Gade.
