If you are traveling by car, start from Sofia. Take the A1 highway towards Plovdiv and exit at 'Pancharevo'. Follow the signs towards Pancharevo and then ul. Patriarh German. Continue on ul. Patriarh German until you reach the viewpoint, which is located at latitude 42.596954 and longitude 23.419014. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Pancharevo Viewpoint using public transportation, begin your journey at Sofia's central bus station. Take bus number 3 or 4 towards Pancharevo. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Alight at the stop 'Pancharevo', and from there, it's a short walk along ul. Patriarh German to the viewpoint. Be aware that bus tickets cost around 1.60 BGN, which you can purchase from the driver or at kiosks.
