Walking
From the center of Assomada, head towards the main square known as Praça da Assomada. Once you reach the square, look for the sign that indicates the direction to Ribeira Principal. Follow the main road that leads out of the square, which is Rua 5 de Julho. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 km. You will pass local shops and small restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for any signs pointing towards Serra Malagueta Natural Park. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance to the park, which is located on your left at the address 58PF+65X, Ribeira Principal.

Public Transport
From the center of Assomada, head to the bus station located a few blocks from Praça da Assomada. Look for the minibus that goes to Ribeira Principal. The fare is usually around 50 CVE. Once on the minibus, inform the driver that you want to go to Serra Malagueta Natural Park. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the entrance of the park, which is known as 'Ribeira Principal.' From the bus stop, the park entrance is a short walk of about 5 minutes. Just follow the signs leading to the park.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Assomada. Start your journey by heading towards Praça da Assomada and then take Rua 5 de Julho. Follow this road straight out of the town for about 1.5 km. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes. Look out for signs that will guide you to Serra Malagueta Natural Park. When you arrive, park your bicycle at the designated area near the entrance at 58PF+65X, Ribeira Principal.
