Walking
From the center of Big Sur, head northwest on CA-1 N. Continue for approximately 26 miles until you reach Monterey. Once in Monterey, look for signs indicating Cannery Row. Turn left onto Cannery Row and continue for about 0.5 miles. You will find Breakwater Cove Marina at 32 Cannery Row on your right.

Take the Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) Route 22 from Big Sur to Monterey. The bus will take you directly to the city. Once you arrive at the Monterey Transit Plaza, transfer to MST Route 1, which will take you to Cannery Row. Get off at the Cannery Row stop, and Breakwater Cove Marina is a short 5-minute walk down Cannery Row towards the coast.

If you are up for a scenic ride, rent a bicycle in Big Sur. Head north on CA-1 N for about 26 miles, following the coastal bike paths where available. Once you reach Monterey, follow the bike lane signs to Cannery Row. Breakwater Cove Marina will be on your right at 32 Cannery Row. Please ensure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic rules.
