Getting There

  • Public Transit

    If you're in downtown Costa Mesa, start by walking to the nearest bus stop located at 19th Street and Irvine Avenue. Board Metro Link bus number 57, which travels towards Newport Beach. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. You will need to get off at the stop named 'Pacific Coast Highway and 5th Avenue'. Once you disembark, walk south on 5th Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach Corona del Mar. The Corona del Mar Historical Society will be on your left along Pacific Coast Highway.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Costa Mesa Civic Center, you can walk to the Corona del Mar Historical Society. Start by heading south on Fairview Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Cross PCH at the crosswalk. Once across, turn left and walk along the sidewalk until you reach the Corona del Mar Historical Society, which will be a short walk ahead on your left.

  • Bicycle

    For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike rental stations in Costa Mesa. Start at the bike station near the South Coast Plaza. Head west on Anton Blvd towards 19th Street, then turn left onto 19th Street. Continue until you reach Pacific Coast Highway. Make a right on PCH and cycle south for a couple of miles. The Corona del Mar Historical Society will be on your right-hand side. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
