Ferry
From Huntington Beach, head to the nearest ferry terminal, which is located in Long Beach. You can take the Metro Blue Line from the nearest station in Huntington Beach (you may need to take a local bus to reach the nearest Metro station). Once you reach Long Beach Transit Mall, transfer to the Long Beach to Catalina Island ferry service. The ferry ride will take about an hour. After arriving at Avalon on Catalina Island, head towards Casino Way, which is a short walk from the ferry terminal.

Public Transportation
Take the OCTA bus #1 from Huntington Beach towards Santa Ana. Get off at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center and transfer to the Metrolink train. Board the train towards Long Beach. Once you arrive at Long Beach, make your way to the ferry terminal for the Catalina Express. Once you arrive at Avalon on Catalina Island, exit the ferry and walk straight towards Casino Way, which is just a few minutes away.

Bicycle Rental
If you're up for a longer journey, consider riding your bike to Long Beach. From Huntington Beach, follow the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) north to Long Beach. Once at Long Beach, you can find rental services near the ferry terminal. After securing your bike, take the ferry to Avalon. Upon reaching Avalon, it's a short walk to Casino Way.
