To reach the Catalina Casino from Huntington Beach, start by taking the OCTA Bus 1 from the nearest bus stop. Ride the bus towards the 'Santa Ana - Main & 17th' direction. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at the 'Long Beach Transit Mall' stop. From there, walk to the Long Beach ferry terminal located at 100 Aquarium Way. It's about a 10-minute walk. Purchase a ticket for the Catalina Express ferry, which will take you directly to Avalon. The ferry ride takes about 1 hour. Upon arrival at Avalon, follow the signs to Casino Way, where the Catalina Casino is located.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Huntington Beach. Start at the Huntington Beach Pier and ride along the beachfront path towards Long Beach. The bike ride will take approximately 1-2 hours depending on your pace. When you reach Long Beach, find your way to the Long Beach ferry terminal at 100 Aquarium Way. Once there, purchase your ticket for the Catalina Express ferry to Avalon. After about an hour on the ferry, you'll arrive in Avalon. From the ferry terminal, walk toward Casino Way to find the Catalina Casino.
