Car
If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto CA-1 N (Pacific Coast Highway). From wherever you are in the North Coast, follow signs for CA-1 N. Continue on CA-1 N for approximately 30 miles. You will pass through scenic coastal views and several small towns, including Half Moon Bay and Pescadero. After reaching Pescadero, look for the exit for Pigeon Point Light Station on Pigeon Point Rd. Turn left onto Pigeon Point Rd and continue for about 1 mile until you reach the park entrance at 210 Pigeon Point Rd, Pescadero, CA 94060. There is a parking fee of around $10 for vehicles.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from San Francisco to Pescadero. Use the SamTrans bus service (Route 17) that runs from San Francisco to Pescadero. Once you arrive at the Pescadero stop, you will need to arrange for a rideshare service or taxi to take you the remaining 5 miles to Pigeon Point Light Station. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services can be limited, especially on weekends.

Bicycle
For the adventurous, consider biking to Pigeon Point Light Station. From Pescadero, you can ride along Pigeon Point Rd, which is approximately 1 mile from the town center. This route offers beautiful views of the coastline. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all safety regulations while cycling. There are no bike rental services immediately at the park, so you will need to bring your own bike.

Walking
If you are already in Pescadero and prefer walking, you can reach Pigeon Point Light Station on foot. The distance is about 5 miles from the center of Pescadero, taking approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to walk. Head south on Stage Rd, then turn left onto Pigeon Point Rd. Please note that walking along the highway can be challenging due to traffic, so be sure to stay on the shoulder and remain cautious.
