If you are driving, start by entering the freeway system from your location. Use I-5 South towards San Diego. Merge onto I-8 West towards Ocean Beach. Take the exit towards Nimitz Blvd and turn left onto Nimitz Blvd. Continue until you reach Historic Decatur Rd, where you will turn right. Liberty Station will be on your left at 2640 Historic Decatur Rd, San Diego, CA 92106. Parking is available on-site, but may incur a fee depending on the specific area of Liberty Station you are visiting.

Public Transportation (Bus)
For public transportation, check the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) for bus routes that can take you close to Liberty Station. The nearest bus stop is located at Nimitz Blvd & Historic Decatur Rd. You can take Bus Route 84, which operates frequently. Once you get off at the Nimitz Blvd stop, walk south towards Historic Decatur Rd and turn left. Liberty Station will be on your right. A single ride fare for adults is $2.50, and you can purchase a ticket at the bus stop or via the MTS app.

If you prefer taking the light rail, you can take the San Diego Trolley to the Old Town Transit Center. From there, transfer to the bus (Route 84) towards Liberty Station. Once you arrive at the Nimitz Blvd & Historic Decatur Rd stop, walk south towards Historic Decatur Rd and turn left. Liberty Station will be on your right. The fare for the trolley is also $2.50 for a single ride.
