    The SFO Aviation Museum is easily accessible via public transportation. From downtown San Francisco, take BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to the SFO International Terminal Station. From the station, follow signs to the Departures Level. The Museum is located pre-security in the International Terminal, near Boarding Area A. A one-way BART ticket from downtown San Francisco costs approximately $11.15. Alternatively, you can take SamTrans bus routes 292, 397, or KX to the airport. These buses arrive at the International Terminal. Bus fares range from $2.25 to $4.

  • Walking

    If you are already within SFO, the Aviation Museum is easily accessible by foot. From any terminal, proceed to the International Terminal Departures Level (Level 3). The museum is located pre-security, before the security checkpoint for Boarding Area A. Follow the signs within the airport to navigate to the International Terminal and Boarding Area A.

  • Driving

    If driving, take Highway 101 to the SFO Airport exit. Park in either the International Garages (A or G) or the Domestic Garage. Proceed to the International Terminal Departures Level (Level 3) either by foot or by taking the AirTrain to the International Terminal A station. The museum is located pre-security, before the security checkpoint for Boarding Area A. Parking rates at the International Garages are $2 per 15 minutes, with a daily maximum of $36. Long-term parking is also available at the Long-Term Garage for $25 per day.
