Start at the San Lorenzo Library located at 395 Paseo Grande, San Lorenzo, CA. Head south on Paseo Grande towards Hesperian Blvd. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Hesperian Blvd. Cross over to the other side and turn left onto Hesperian Blvd. Walk for another 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with E Lewelling Blvd. Turn right onto E Lewelling Blvd and proceed for about 0.7 miles. You will eventually reach the intersection with 2nd Ave. Turn left onto 2nd Ave, and after a short walk, you will arrive at the bus stop for AC Transit Line 99.

From the bus stop at 2nd Ave, take the AC Transit Line 99. Make sure to check the schedule for the next available bus. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop at Hesperian Blvd & San Mateo Ave. Once you exit the bus, head north on San Mateo Ave for about 0.2 miles. Turn left onto E Santa Inez Ave, and walk for about 0.1 miles until you reach 37 E Santa Inez Ave, San Mateo, CA, where the Ernest Coxhead House is located.
