    From the Walnut Creek BART station, take County Connection bus number 6 towards the Walnut Creek Transit Center. Get off at the Marchbanks Dr & Larkey Ln stop. Walk east on Marchbanks Drive for approximately 0.1 miles, and The Gardens at Heather Farm will be on your left. A single ride on County Connection costs $2.50.

    From downtown Walnut Creek, head east on Mt. Diablo Blvd. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Broadway Plaza. Turn left onto Broadway. Walk for about 0.3 miles, then turn right onto Newell Ave. After about 0.4 miles, you will come to the intersection with Marchbanks Drive. Turn left onto Marchbanks Drive. The Gardens at Heather Farm will be on your right after a short walk.
