Car
If you are driving from Kelowna, take Highway 97C East towards Merritt. Merge onto Coquihalla Highway (Highway 5) South. Continue on Highway 5 until you reach Hope, then take Highway 1 East towards Abbotsford. Follow Highway 1 until you reach the Greater Vancouver area. From there, take Highway 1 East towards Burnaby and then follow the signs for Trans-Canada Highway 1 to Toronto. Enter Toronto and follow signs for Downtown. Once you reach downtown, navigate to Spadina Rd, and you will find the Spadina Museum at 285 Spadina Rd.
Public Transportation
Take a Greyhound bus from Kelowna to Vancouver. Once in Vancouver, transfer to the SkyTrain at Waterfront Station and take the Expo Line towards King George Station. Get off at the Broadway-City Hall Station and then transfer to Bus 7. Take Bus 7 towards UBC and get off at Spadina Rd. Walk north on Spadina Rd for about 10 minutes until you reach the Spadina Museum at 285 Spadina Rd.
