Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start by navigating to Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Take the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) towards Niagara Falls. Once you're near the falls, follow signs for Niagara Falls and cross the Rainbow Bridge into the United States. There is a toll fee of $1.00 to cross the bridge. After crossing, continue on Niagara Boulevard and turn left onto Goat Island Road. There is a parking area available on Goat Island for visitors, so you can park your car and explore the area on foot.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Goat Island via public transportation, you can take a bus from various locations in the Niagara Peninsula to the Niagara Falls, NY area. Check for local bus services that run to the Niagara Falls area. Once you arrive at the Niagara Falls Transportation Center, you can walk to the Rainbow Bridge. After crossing the bridge (again, there is a $1.00 toll), follow the pedestrian walkway and signs towards Goat Island. The walk from the bridge to Goat Island is about 15 minutes. Once you arrive, Goat Island is accessible by foot.

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to take you from your location in the Niagara Peninsula directly to Goat Island. Simply input 'Goat Island, Niagara Falls, NY' as your destination. This option will save you the hassle of parking and navigating public transportation, but will incur varying costs depending on your pick-up location.
