From the center of Popayán, head towards the main square (Plaza de Caldas). Once you reach the square, find the street named Calle 4. Walk along Calle 4 towards the east until you reach Carrera 7. Turn left onto Carrera 7 and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle 6. Here, you can catch a bus heading towards La Plata. Look for buses marked 'La Plata' or 'Puracé' outside the main bus terminal located near the Plaza de Caldas.

Once you board a bus to La Plata, inform the driver that you wish to visit Bebedero de las Dantas. The bus will take you along the Popayán-La Plata road. The journey may take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the entrance to Puracé National Park as you approach the area. The Bebedero de las Dantas is located near the entrance to the park.
