Driving
To reach Gold Camp Road from Colorado Springs, start by heading west on Cheyenne Road to Cheyenne Canyon Road. Continue up the mountain. Gold Camp Road's eastern end is blocked due to a tunnel collapse. To access the open portion of the road, you'll need to start on Old Stage Road, near the entrance to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Follow Old Stage Road until it merges with Gold Camp Road. There are no tolls on Gold Camp Road.

Parking is available at the Upper Gold Camp parking lot, located at 4415 Gold Camp Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906. Parking is also available near Helen Hunt Falls. Be aware that the area can be crowded on weekends and during peak seasons. Parking is free.
